Fords Gin is the result of a collaboration between Simon Ford, a seasoned spirits industry professional, and Charles Maxwell, an 8th-generation Master Distiller at Thames Distillers. Created with input from bartenders worldwide, the gin was designed to meet the practical needs of cocktail professionals. It features a carefully balanced blend of nine botanicals, including juniper, coriander seed, citrus peels, florals, and spices. These are steeped for 15 hours before distillation, resulting in a fresh, aromatic spirit with refined notes of jasmine and grapefruit. Developed with versatility in mind, Fords Gin serves as a reliable foundation for a wide range of gin-based cocktails. Its creation was inspired by industry insights and the shared vision of a true “Jack of All Trades” gin.
