1. Event Details
The event name is Great Palate 2025 | Whisky & Spirits Edition, scheduled for 5th & 6th July 2025, 1pm to 8pm, at Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay – 6 Raffles Boulevard, Marina Square, Singapore 039594. It is a Whisky and Spirits appreciation event, featuring 3 segments – Walkabout Tasting, VIP lounge access and Masterclasses, organised by Malt & Wine Asia Pte Ltd (“MWA”)
2. Walkabout Tasting Session
Day 1, from 1pm to 8pm
Day 2, from 1pm to 8pm
Last admission at 7pm.
3. VIP Lounge Access
Day 1, from 1pm to 8pm
Day 2, from 1pm to 8pm
Last admission at 7pm.
* VIP Lounge Access ticket holders have access to the Walkabout Tasting Session.
4. Masterclasses
Session at 1.30pm, 3pm, 4.30pm or 6pm
Each session is limited to 27 guests and lasts about an hour.
To ensure a smooth experience, kindly arrive at the start time of your session and depart promptly at the end of your session.
* Access to Masterclass requires mandatory ticket purchase to either Walkabout Tasting or VIP Lounge Access.
5. Ticket Purchase & Payment
Tickets for the event can be purchased through our appointed platforms or authorized Third-Party points of sale. Credit cards and other specified payment methods are accepted. All sales are final.
Each ticket is valid for the specified session and/or day access per participant. Participants are required to purchase a separate ticket if they wish to attend a separate session/ day access.
Tickets sold are non-refundable, non-transferable, or exchangeable. The resale of tickets is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel transferred or resold tickets and deny entry of such Ticket Holders.
Ticket prices and discounts may change during a sale period, as decided by MWA and its agents. No refunds will be issued, nor will any claims be considered, due to changes in ticket prices or discounts.
Tickets are limited whilst stocks last.
6. Ticket Verification
Please ensure you prepare and have the printed ticket order email for verification at the entrance. Admission will only be granted with valid tickets.
7. Refund or Exchange
Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable.
8. Age Restrictions and Requirements
Infants, children or persons under the legal drinking age in Singapore will not be admitted to the Event. Verification of identification is required before admission to the event and we reserve the right to deny entry.
9. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who exhibits disorderly, inappropriate or disruptive behavior, poses a security threat or fails to adhere to the event rules. Participants must behave professionally and lawfully. Drunken, disruptive, or violent behavior will not be tolerated.
If you think you may have been exposed to someone who is infected or showing any symptoms of COVID-19, please take a test and visit the Event responsibly.
10. Damage or Breakage
By attending the event, participants acknowledge and accept liability for any damages or breakage they may cause. All participants are accountable and responsible for any damage or breakage to property, equipment, or facilities during the event and will be required to cover these costs. Any damages must be reported promptly to a staff member of MWA, who will assess the repair or replacement costs.
11. Health & Safety
Kindly follow all health & safety guidelines as outlined:
- Limit your tasting to a reasonable number of samples to ensure you enjoy it responsibly.
- Adhere to any instructions or guidelines provided by the event staff members.
- Kindly keep your personal belongings secure. MWA is not liable for any loss of personal belongings.
- Kindly be mindful of your surroundings to prevent slips, trips, or falls.
If you plan to consume alcohol, please arrange for a designated driver or use local transportation services. Do not drive under the influence of alcohol.
12. Personal Data Consent
By attending the event, you consent to the use of your photograph, voice, likeness, and image in broadcasts and subsequent productions related to this event. These may be published or broadcast in MWA’s publications, publicity materials, websites, and social media. All such recordings and reproductions are the property of MWA and are protected by copyright.
MWA, its affiliates, employees, and representatives are not liable for any claims related to the use of these materials. Participants should remove themselves from the group or candid shots if they do not wish to be photographed or recorded.
13. Liability and Disclaimers
By attending this event, participants acknowledge and agree that they do so at their own risk. MWA and its affiliates, employees, contractors, or agents shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience that may occur before, during, or after the event, whether caused by negligence, accident, or otherwise.
MWA is not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the event. Participants are encouraged to take appropriate precautions to safeguard their belongings.
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other events beyond MWA’s control, the event may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, MWA will provide notice and inform participants of their available options, but shall not be liable for any related costs, damages, or inconvenience.
By attending the event, participants agree to abide by all terms, conditions, and safety measures set forth by the event organizers and accept all risks associated with their participation.
